Can't manage users despite being org admin and confluence admin. I went to the admin area but says I don't have permission. I tried to open a support ticket but it won't let me contact support, says I need to be an admin - I AM AN ADMIN!....so many error screens!!!
HELP!
Hey @Bryce, on admin.atlassian.com make sure to select the correct site. You can then select the Directory tab to manage users centrally, or via the Apps (formerly Products) tab click the three dots on the respective app to manage users for a certain app (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
For contacting support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ should work for you!
Thanks Kevin, I've been to the admin page and under apps there's nothing listed...My site is listed (I only have 1)
The directory isn't listing in users except my own..
Here's what I see in "apps"

Regarding support - nope. It says ask a site admin to help. The only options I have is go to the community board and how-to guides..

Very strange, and you are logged in with your OrgAdmin user? When you manage your user under Directory, is it showing any App access?
And when you go to
https://$yourTenant.atlassian.net
are you able to access your Confluence instance? If yes, are you able to open the Confluence administration from there, or what error is shown?
I'd definitely try to reproduce it in an incognito window to make sure it's not related to cookies/cache - is this a new site/tenant you've created or it's been setup for a while? Is there any other org admin that can check you are in the correct groups and still have the org admin role assigned?

I can get to my Confluence instance but get errors when I try to manage users.

I am having troubles getting back in through incognito. It's sending me a request to add myself??

it sounds like something is definitely wrong with your user account, do you have any other admin in the org that you can reach out to?
Otherwise I'd suggest creating a support ticket by registering with a different email address (fresh signing up) at this point.

Thanks for trying Kevin. I don't have any other admins - unfortunately. I'll try another way to open a ticket.
