Can we allow other peoplle (than the Questioner) change the labels on a question?

We want to have our service desk look at all the questions and add additional labels or correct any typos to make sure that the labels are being used.

Even as admins of our space, we can't seem to edit the labels on a question. (or "topics").

Hi Shannon,

I did some testing and I get a "Access Denied" when I try to add labels to someone else's question as a normal user. When I enable "Reputation Based Permissions" in the Confluence Question settings, normal users with a reputation of 100+ can change labels of others.

Maybe that could help?!

Best,

Maarten

Thank you - now if there was any way to preset certain people with 100+ reputation....

Hi Shannon,

The only way that would be possible is by making changes to the Database itself and that's usually not a very good idea (+ I don't know which tables are being used by Confluence Questions).

Best,

Maarten
