Hi Sam,
Thank you for contacting us. I'm not familiar with Microsoft Streams but I believe this might be some kind of video format?
There's nothing to be enabled for this, but you can embed videos within Confluence. Have a look at my colleague Diego's response:
Note that as you're on Confluence Cloud you won't be able to enable the HTML macros, but he recommends an iFrame macro for this.
Let me know if you have any questions about any of this.
Regards,
Shannon

Microsoft Stream is a APT from Microsoft
Similar like You tube/ Uploading live steams
*If we type the key word this will bring/ show the particular section of the videos where that key word is available in that video or others videos.

Hi Shannon,
Please find the Link : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/portal-search-browse-filter
When searching for videos, Stream finds videos based not only on the title and description, but also based on what's being said in the video. From the search results based on the transcript of the video, you can jump to the exact point in the video that has the information you are looking for.
From Browse > Videos > Search for videos or the Search box at the top of Stream, type a word or phrase to search for.
When you see video search results with a time code (for example, @00:10), click any of the lines to start playing the video from that specific point in time.

Hello Sam,
When you embed a website in an iFrame, the functionality in the website would be the same, provided the host (Microsoft) doesn't prevent certain actions from being accessed via iFrame.
If any feature is not working on Microsoft Streams while in iFrame, then you can contact Microsoft about it and they'll let you know what the issue might be.
Regards,
Shannon
