Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
The only scheduled job I would be concerned about is the automated XML back-up as it is resource intensive. The rest should be able to run in the background while you update the plugin. You may temporarily disable the backup at Confluence Admin>Scheduled jobs>Back Up Confluence>Disable:
