When using To create an issue when viewing a page:
The JIRA task status pops up on the Confluence page- is there a way to disable this?
We would like to have multiple people create tasks from one Confluence page and do not want all of their tasks/statuses to be displayed.
Thanks.
Hey Dayana,
The easiest way to just create a link to a Jira issue without displaying the Ticket summary and status is to press CTRL + Z or ⌘ + Z after immediately pasting the link from Jira.
e.g. Pasting https://www.myjira.com/browse/TST-123 into Confluence will change it to the Jira Lozenge. Immediately pressing CTRL + Z or ⌘ + Z will then turn the link back to the text hyperlink https://www.myjira.com/browse/TST-123. This will leave the link as is without pulling data from Jira!
Cheers,
Eric
They still come up:
Is there a way to have these not automatically pop up?
Right now, the only way we know of removing them is to manually go into edit page and delete them from there every time.
