I would like to know which users have accessed Confluence within the past 30 days. Which tables can I use?

you can use a user macro as mentioned here.
Creates a table, sorted by groups and their last login date.
Have a look on the problem mentioned by Doods Perea who got help with a users that haven't logged in for the last 30 days.
You may only change the if-clause.
