Can you send notification emails to non-watchers?

I'm asked to seek the possibility of sending people notification emails when a page is modified, even if the people are not watching the page. Is it possible to achieve without any apps from the Atlassian marketplace, or with free apps? Thanks

In my opinion, this is not possible in an automated way. You can share the page manually, so the people get an email. 

Why you can't set them as watchers? If they want a modify update, the watcher option is perfect :)

Thanks for replying. The reason is that most of them are not aware that this page exists. If I send emails asking them to watch it, they would probably ignore it. However, sharing the page sounds like a decent idea.

If you know how to manually add people as watchers, could you please show me how to do it? Thanks!

Set watcher manually can only the admin of the space. If you are an admin of the space, then it is really easy. Just click the watch button of the page and click "manage watchers".
