We have both Jira and confluence. We are using them as two separate programs at this time but when we get a notification in confluence it is showing our jira notifications also. Is there anyway to have the confluence notifications only have confluence changes and not jira?

you can change this behaviour in Confluence:
Administration -> In-App Notifications
Change the settings to "does not provide in-app notifications"
So that will just give me confluence notifications in confluence correct?
