Cannot delete a user account from Confluence Server

Hi,

In my confluence Server instance I see a user account which has no email address in its settings and I cannot delete/remove it.
The most I've been able to do is disable it.

It is also not a member of any group.

How can I remove this user account, which is holding up a server to cloud migration of a space.

Hi Fabian,
Thank you for that, however, my issue is with Confluence Wiki and not Atlassian JIRA or is it the same methodology?
