Cannot install apps in Confluence Cloud free version

Is anyone experiencing the same problem? I am not able to install any apps in Confluence Cloud free version. In particular, I'm trying to install draw.io and Gliffy.

We get a lot of support tickets for this. Contact Atlassian support, only they can fix it.

Atlassian removed support for free version so the only method to get them to fix anything is hoping they see the comment in the community forum.

I’m not getting any errors. It just hangs and never finishes installing them.
