Cannot remove page restrictions and no page restrictions are listed

I moved our Confluence space exports to another Confluence insance. New Confluence instance runs on Linux ans is 6.6.0 and older one ran on Windows and is 6.1.2. After importing, some pages show restrictions and users without admin permissions cannot access them. Space settings do not show any restrictions in place and on the page clicking on the red lock doesnt display any restrictions either. If then close it, it show normal gray lock as in no restrictions. But refreshing the page returns the red lock and restrictions are still in place.

Also I tried adding restrictions onto page, saving and then removing them and saving again. No luck.
