Category in sidebar of Spaces Dir has no Spaces

Question about Confluence Cloud:

According to the documentation, a category that has no spaces with that category should be deleted:

"If you remove all spaces from a category, the category will no longer appear in the Space Directory. There's no way to bulk remove a category, but you can choose the category in the Space Directory to find all the spaces it appears on, and then remove it from each space." (source)

So how is this possible (see attached imgage)? How do I remove the "Navigation" category in this case?

I tried applying the "navigation" label to a space, then deleting that label, but that did not remove the "navigation" category.

You might need to do an index re-build. It should disappear, but since it is not that would probably be your best bet.

Using the cloud (hosted) version, I'll get a hold of support to do that for us.
