Celebrative editor not working

Dipesh Ramesh September 19, 2018

Hi,

I have confluence in VM and using tomcat, whenever I try turning on celibrative mode nothing gets saved.

I have done the basic check I do confirm:

Synchron port is 8091 max heap size 1GB, I  tried restarting synchrony

When I click edit and click Update I get this error:

unable to save.PNG

I am using Google Chrome and under developer tools -> network -> WS I do see status code 101 switching protocols. I tried websocket web browser test and it works fine.

I do see a lot of error in console:

synproxy error.PNG

Under respond header I see server as Microsoft IIS/10.0 (do I have to enable websocket in ISS?)

Any help will appreciate.

Regards,

Dipesh

Yes, start with enabling web sockets. Also, take a look at this KB article.

Hi Edwin,

Enabling websocket in IIS removed those red alerts, but I still cannot publish changes or create any docs

Yes I gone through that KB too but getting same error when clicking publish.
