Change group membership not possible

I'm not possible to change group membership for different users.

I purchase Confluence (Server) 10 Users: Starter License renewal but still not possible to change any thing for users.

What do you want to change and how do the currents settings look like?

in the meantime I have found out that the group memberships are done by active directory sync.

but, the user directory sync (active directory) doesn't working anymore.

the basic connection test is successful but other test failed

It seems that you use Active Directory Attributes Sync by Deviniti, is that true?
