Hello all - when adding a OneDrive Live Link to a page, the popup starts in my personal space. I then have to search for the correct company space (many different spaces to scroll through) and navigate through the folder structure to find my document (or search the document name).
Is there a way to configure the popup to return to the last linked location, or at least set the opening space? It's not the end of the world, but when I'm linking several documents in a Confluence page it takes a significant extra amount of time to find the space and search. I'm used to the Windows-style Open functionality, which returns to the last location you opened a file from.
Hello Nick,
Apologies for the delay on this, but it looks like we need a bit more information from you in order to proceed.
Can you let me know, are you using a particular add-on for this, or are you just pasting a link to a document in OneDrive on your page? Can you show me the pop-up window you're referring to, so I can try to find a solution for you?
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Shannon
It's in the drop-down for "Insert more content", but I don't know if that means it's included with Jira or installed by an add-on:
Once I click one of these options, a popup opens allowing me to navigate through the available OneDrive locations, but it always starts at "Personal Drive" instead of, say, the last used location:
If I'm trying to add multiple datasheets or multiple test results that aren't located in the exact same folder, I end up having to navigate through the OneDrive drop down hierarchy each time. The search bar only works within the currently selected drive, which makes perfect sense, but it means I need to select the correct OneDrive space first (out of the ~150 that show up in the drop down).

Hi Nick,
Thank you for sharing those screenshots. It looks like you might be using the add-on OneDrive & Office 365 for Confluence. I've tagged the vendor on this question in hopes that they can answer, but if you want to try contacting them directly, here are their support resources from their Marketplace listing:
Take care, and have a pleasant rest of your week!

Per Bilith support:
Currently, you can't configure the app to use a different start location. We are considering to use the last selected location in the future versions.

Hi Nick,
Thank you for passing along that information! Hopefully that's something the vendor will be able to implement soon.
Take care, and have a pleasant weekend.

Hi Beth,
Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you.
Unfortunately, this forum is intended for help with Atlassian products, and so we won't be able to help you find your self-checkout at your local Home Depot. I hope you found your way!
Take care,
Shannon
