I create a page and want to creat a child page but it does not show any button to create a child page under the parent page.
Hi Tammy, when you have Confluence open, there are 2 ways you can achieve this. Both by the menu structure you see on the left of the Confluence screen.
First way: In the menu on the left, highlight the page you just created, and you will see a + sign to the right, so you can add a new page - and that will become a child page.
Second way: just create a new page, then you can (in the menu part) just drag it onto the other page, and that will structure it under the one you dragged it on top of.
I want to create a sub-page under Customer support but there is no button + to add new child page and it does not allow me to drag any page under this Customer support to have a child page. Kindly advise

You are in the correct spot. So, if you are not seeing the + sign, this sounds more like a permissions issue. Speak to the Admin who looks after your Space?

I can replicate what you are doing. It is due to you not having saved the pages you created. In Draft state, the page does not allow you to do child pages. So Publish your pages, and I am guessing this will then be as you wanted.

@Tammy Duong Welcome to the Atlassian community
If you are not seeing the plus button in the lefthand navigation next to the page title you can always create a child / sub-page by clicking the create button at the top. You will need to make sure that you have the page open that you would like the child page to be created under.
