Hello,
Are there any handy ways to bring all pages from multiple spaces into one unified space without manual copy operations?
I'm planning just copying all pages by hands for the moment, and sync manually when updates happened on original pages.
Thanks,
Hello Ryota,
Thank you for raising this with us. Happy to help.
I understand that you're not looking to merge spaces, but rather, display information from multiple spaces into one space. Is that right?
You can use the Include Page macro, which will include the content of a referenced page on a new page. When you update the original page, the content will be updated in all referenced pages.
Otherwise, there might be an add-on on Atlassian Marketplace that could help you with this. It would be worth having a look.
I hope this helps, but do let me know if you have any questions about it.
Take care,
Shannon
Hello Shannon, thank you for your advice.
Actually I'd like to copy pages to a new space and archive old ones, for the ease of manage. After copying, contents replacement should occur. So I'm afraid Include Page macro have slightly different purpose for that.
I will search for add-ons.
Thanks.

Hi Ryota,
I understand now. Thank you for clarifying that. What would be easier for you is instead of having to copy one page at a time, is to bulk copy pages, which isn't possible within Confluence itself.
Something like one of these add-ons could help with that. It's also possible to script using an add-on like ScriptRunner for Confluence Cloud.
If you have any questions, you can ask in the Marketplace Apps collection here on Community; many of the Marketplace vendors are on-hand to answer your questions.
Take care, and have a pleasant rest of your week.
Shannon
