ConfiForms Field shows Radio Group ID Not LABEL

Hey,

sorry I'm an absolute beginner in Confluence, but I have a problem.

In ConfiForms Field Definition I selected "Radio Group" as the field type and entered longer texts in "LABEL" that would not have fit in "ID" due to character limits.

If I now refer to this ConfiForms Field Definition, the ID is displayed in the ConfiForms Field and not the content of the label.

How do i get the content of label displayed?

Where exactly do you see the "ID" instead of a label when referring to your radio group field values?

I have a form which creates a new page after pressing "Save". In ConfiForms Field Definition "Field Type" is set to "Radio Group" the ID is for example "Test1" and Label contains "This is a Test 1".
On the saved "Form page" only "Test1" is displayed instead of "This is a Test 1" due to the "ConfiForms Field" which refers to the "ConfiForms Field Definition".
