ConfiForms field value not shown anymore

Hello everyone,
I'm using Confluence with ConfiForms. Since sometime last week, I have the following problem:

I have a dropdown field where I'm able to select different values. Whenever I select a value and store it, it is stored in the database, but it is not shown in the field anymore.
When I double-click on the field, I see the stored value again.
The field looks empty / un-selected, but the value is stored in the background.

Does anyone have the same issue or has a hint for me, how to solve this issue?

What version of ConfiForms are you using? There was a recent regression around that area that has been already addressed in the newer version of ConfiForms
