In Confluence (V6.15.1), we configured SAML authentication, connected to Authing(A domestic provider of authority system management in China), and selected it as the primary authentication to use SAML. Redirect browser-based users to IDP. REST and other requests are still allowed; We believe this means that when we visit our Confluence login page, it should redirect to the login page provided by our IDP (Authing), but it is still the Confluence login page. We would like to know if our configuration is incorrect or Confluence does not provide this feature. My email address is wenyuesheng@qipeng.com . Looking forward to your reply, thank you!
Hi @wenyuesheng
Welcome to the Community!!
Here's the troubleshooting guide on links that you need to set for integrating it with SSO Provider
https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf71/saml-sso-for-confluence-data-center-979423758.html
Let me know if you need a specific URL, I would need inputs on your "Authing" App to configure SSO
Thanks,
Pramodh
Hello @Pramodh M
Thanks for your advice ,Now I have configured Authing as the primary authentication for Confluence sessions. If I want to implement single sign-on, that is, when I log out of another application, Confluence also logs out of the session, is this possible?
If not, can I configure Confluence's session validity time, and where can I configure it?
Thanks
Wenyuesheng
