Confluence 6.15.2 Move Page from one space to another

Whenever I use the "Move" feature that appears when clicking on the three dots in the upper right hand corner, I can't move a page from its current space to a different space. Although I found a workaround for this issue by copying the page to the other space, my colleague tells me that the "Move" feature used to let him do this. Can you explain why this feature won't move a page to a different space?

Do you have DELETE rights on the origin space. Moving a page copies the page from space A to B and afterwards DELETES the page from space A.

Yes I do have permission to delete pages on the origin space.
