I created several automations last year in order to build a collaborative hub for the team, based around assigned tasks on pages.
After a lot of trial and error the system worked flawlessly.
Now for the past days however the base level automations fail on "retrieving" the task that triggered the automation (trigger is task creation or task status change to completed).
Nothing in the lines of the automations has been changed.
The respective automations trigger for example on "task created" and as far as I understand the error message, therein lies the problem already.
Any insights would be helpful! I am at a loss.
Hello @Sweer Huckels
The issue has been identified and will be fixed soon.
I would suggest you keep an eye on the below bug ticket for further updates:
Thanks,
Dhanush
Thank you for the update!
I hope this covers the trigger "task status changed" as well, as this appears to suffer from the same issue.

Hi @Sweer Huckels ,
Both the issues have been fixed successfully and you should be able to use both the triggers as expected now.
Thanks,
Dhanush

Hey @Sweer Huckels ,
Could you maybe share the audit log (screenshot) from the automation rule that's failing?
Also, have you potentially tried to 'recreate' the rule manually to see if the new one will work? If that works, it would be, let's say, a workaround until you find the root cause for why the original automation started failing.
Cheers,
Tobi

Thank you for your quick response.
I have not tried manually recreating it thus far, but will do so in a limited fashion and see how that will turn out.
Our system is set to german, so please forgive me for that inconvenience with regard to the screenshot ;)
