Confluence - Cannot export Word format - ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

Hi,

I need a little bit of help as I cannot export a confluence page in the word format with the build in function.

I can export into the PDF.

The error of the browser is : ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

Can somebody point me in the right direction as i cannot figure out what's the problem.

Hi @Albert, 

Can you please tell the version of Confluence you are using and share the screenshot of the error message ? Are you getting the error in all the browsers or any specific browser? If you are getting any error message in the logs file, then do share it here.

I'm using 5.9.10 - confluence server.

I'm getting this error in all the browsers. See attached screen.

Hi Eric, unfortunately, i didn't solve the problem yet.

As far as i could see until now, it's not related to browsers; it's about the code/template you are using on that page.
