Confluence Cloud: Cannot edit pages (infinite loading)

Hello! I found exactly same issue, but I did not find the solution.
"The problem was solved itself." - is not a solution. We can not wait several days until that happens.
How can I fix this?

PS: after several minutes of infinite loading I got this notification:
