Hi, when I add Confluence Cloud (Microsoft Teams app) to Microsoft Teams,
Conflunece Cloud doesn't work with Microsoft Teams Desktop application.
White screen is just displayed on the tab...
This issue only happens on Microsoft Teams Desktop application.
There is no problem on Microsoft Teams web browser application (https://www.office.com).
Could you please fix this issue A.S.A.P. ?
This is Atlassian Community and not Atlassian Support. Therefore we can't fix anything by default. You need to check if Confluence was setup properly. Or uninstall the app and install it again.

In case of you, Confluence Cloud is working well on Microsoft Teams Desktop application, isn't it?
I've already uninstalled and installed the applications, but I haven't been able to solve this issue yet.

I have exactly the same problem, @Makoto Nishihara (西原 誠), so it's definitely not just you :-) Maybe you can let us know here when you got an answer from support? Thanks!
P.S.: Similarly, Confluence Cloud integration is stuck somehow in a login loop in Teams Mobile App (Android).

@Jan-Hendrik Spieth I don't encounter this problem. Just installed confluence cloud for teams and passed all config screens

In my environment, JIRA Cloud can work correctly, but only Confluence Cloud doesn't work well on Microsoft Teams Desktop application. (White screen)
On web browser application, both of them can work correctly.
I don't know what the difference is...
