Confluence: How do I hide the Created By user on a page?

With turnover in the company, we don't really want to keep people's names at the top of pages just because they originally created them.  How do we hide or turn that off?  It's so prevalent and unnecessary and annoying!  Please help?

Unfortunately, this customization level is not something that can be achieved in the Atlassian Cloud platform.
