Hi

I'm currently running Confluence Server on a local VM server.

Can I simply move this to an Azure cloud based server and continue to use the Server license or would I need to upgrade to a Data Centre license to move the server to Azure?

Thanks

Hi @Dalectric

you simply migrate your current instance from your local server to an Azure VM, no need to change the license.

The Datacenter version is pre-packaged on Azure Marketplace but you can very well setup your own VM with a Jira Server version yourself.

Let me know if you have any questions,

That's great, many thanks for the prompt response as I was struggling to find a concrete answer in the documentation.
