Confluence Share a link functionality doesn't let me add some members under the Share with field

I am not able to share information with everyone of my team. It is working for some team members, but not for all. Usually when you type the first 3 characters the name would show in the drop-down list and you can select. Even typing the whole email address is not working at all.

Any idea why? Please help.

We could start by checking if the affected users have enough permissions and no restrictions applied to the desired content:

With this in mind, we can try to create a test space where everyone can access and then, create a test page without restrictions. After this, try to share with the affected users.

You could also reach to your Confluence Support so they can keep the thread going here or even raise a ticket with Atlassian Support if need be!

I have addressed it now with the Technical Support of our company. They are a bit busy so it might take a while for them to address the issue. I have referred to this link and as soon as I have updates I will continue commenting here. :-)
