I noticed that the Comala Workflow Report tool seems a little buggy. I was testing the default workflows on some pages and then I removed the workflow and I was prompted to check 2 boxes to remove any report history..etc. I would think that when you click the workflow report tool it would remove any history pertaining to those documents that I had just removed the workflow from, but it doesn't. Does anyone have any advise? I also noticed that there was no way to edit the items that were still showing on the report. I would also think there would be a way to delete line items from the report but I am not seeing anyway to edit that. Any advise here as well?
Hi Teri,
If you are still having the issue with the remove report history after re-indexing Confluence then please raise a ticket with us at https://comalatech.jira.com/servicedesk/
Regarding your follow up query on the difference between the workflow-sidebar and the workflow report macro: The workflow slidebar report lists all pages in the space that have a workflow applied, you can filter and add remove columns to see different information. The Workflow Report macro provides alternative views, you could use multiple Workflow Report macros to build a dashboard page.
See https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CWL/workflowreport+macro for more details.
Hope that helps
James
Hi @Teri , have you tried re-indexing Confluence? That may resolve the issue: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/content-index-administration-148844.html
