Confluence and Jira Desk visibility

Giuseppe Pagano October 26, 2022

Hello Support Team, Hello Community,

first, thanks for the help.

I have linked 3 Confluence Spaces with Jira Desk. These are accessible via Jira Desk via anonymous access.

Now I want to create a space that is only visible to a certain group.

That means, if the group logs in with a certain domain @company.xyz, the new area becomes visible (these see four areas.). For everyone else, only the previous (3) areas should remain visible.
Login with domain @company.xyz

Login to other users and Anonymous access.

Thank you very much for your help.

@Giuseppe Pagano

You would need to setup a service desk that is only accessible to specific customers.  This unfortunately cannot be done by domain yet https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-8644  You can however quickly add customers to the project to provide them access.
