Hello Team,
I always used automatic backup for a while but now I have 4GB per file backup. When backup file increase size it make automatic backup doesn't work but sometime it work!! but it don't generate "exportDescriptor.properties" if it don't have this file I cannot restore.
I knew automatic backup used a lot of memory, normaly I used 11.1 GB and it avaiable only 4.8 GB.
The question is
1. Can I continues use automaic backup by change some setting? or I have to change to manual backup?
2. How to get file "exportDescriptor.properties" back?

Hi,
Automatic backups are good for small size instances where the data being backed up quickly. These automatic backups generally works for data that is lesser than 2GB in size. It is advised to use manual backup strategy if you have a larger instance / data.
Atlassian does not recommend relying on these automatic backups in production sites. You should instead back up your database, installation directory and home directory manually. See Production Backup Strategy for more information.
