Confluence cloud: What happened to the "Export to Word" option?

I no longer see the "Export to Word" option in Confluence cloud. Is that a temporary thing? I only see the "Export to PDF" option, which exports in a very small font which I can't read.

I can confirm that the "Export to Word" option is still there on Cloud Confluence. I've checked my own instance and it's available.

Are you referring to the Cloud instance  https://N*********l.atlassian.net? (I've censored all but the first and last characters of your instance URL for your privacy). I found that you have an account there, and I can have a look at it if you'd like and determine the reason that you're not able to export to Word.

Just let me know if I can login as your user and test on the particular page or space that you're not able to export. I can confirm the feature does appear to be enabled on the instance as a whole.

The option magically reappeared later in the day. Note, I had not logged out/logged in during this time and was at the same computer. The page I wanted to export (which I had to export as PDF) I was able to export as Word. (Too late for my meeting, but at least the function is back.)
