Hi,
We've tried upgrading from 5.10.0 to 6.15.10.
The upgrade failed so i tried placing the backup of the folders back to the original state.
The problem is that i'm now getting error 500 when i start up Confluence.
Our environment runs with Tomcat 8.0.33 / Java. See the stacktrace of the error down here:

This sounds like your installation is damaged in some way. It could be almost anything though, as we have no details on exactly what you have been doing here.
Could you tell us exactly what went wrong with the upgrade that made you think you wanted to revert to the old one? And exactly what you restored from the backup when reverting?
Hi Nic, thank you for your answer.
I might have solved it though. I removed all the existing directories and placed the original directories back from the backup and confluence seems to start again.
