Confluence export to PDF is dropping content

Export to PDF is dropping info panels and task reports. 

Anyone else experiencing this?  Thoughts on resolution?

I encountered this issue today and after a lot of trial and error the issue for me seems to be related to table of contents, if you have a TOC on a page then it MUST be the first thing on the page before any other content. 

If the TOC comes first then the contents of all panels is rendered correctly, however if the page starts with any other item then all panels are empty.

Hello

Wow... Now it starts getting rediculous.

My solution was to format the text color in black (before some parts were blue).

After changing all texts to color black, the info panel was exportet perfectly.

I´m using cloud...

Also, the only supported attachments in PDF exports are images (just in case your task reports are other types of attachments). You can find more details here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Export-space-to-PDF-misses-attachments/qaq-p/2242070

Hello @TC Wang the pages were successfully exported with all of the content up until 2 weeks ago. Why dropped sections all of a sudden?

We checked the document you listed above but that does not really explain why suddenly sections are dropped. Info panel (purple box) should contain all the text in it, not show up blank on PDF. Info panel in word format shows up- there should not be discrepancies like this.

To clarify a bit further, our pages have embedded Confluence widgets...specifically Note/Info Panels and Task Reports (not attachments).  As Milena indicated, these have always (literally for years) exported to PDF with the notes and tasks contained within those widgets, but have recently been dropped.

In the following images of the Info Panel and Task Report, they should each be populated with several items, but that content is being dropped:

Can we please get an answer to our questions here? We recreated pages from scratch and PDF export is still dropping task reports and info panels completely. The word format retains them but looks very ugly.
