Confluence had problems starting up

Hello,

from no reason, probably after some update.. I have this error shown and I am not so clever from the log file also!.

Can you please have a look?

The database is running fine, password, login, port is OK.

i have no idea what else :(

@Lukas Brezina  If you  claim that  user password   that you  use to  connect confluence is correct ,  Now ensure  that  database  server is  in the same network with  confluence.

Hi @Lukas Brezina- what Confluence version are you running, what DB do you use (MSSQL, MySQL, etc) and version. Also ask you DB Administrator to check the permissions for that user on the DB and maybe change the password for that account and modify it in the Confluence config file.

@Lukas Brezina- did you tried to login into the DB using the same credentials that you used for Confluence? Also try to ping the DB from your Confluence server (just to exclude this).
