Confluence had problems starting up

Hello,

I have confluence server, but today he's offline. Does anybody has a solution, I looked into the links on the error-page, but I don't understand a lot of it... ?

Server is working normal ...

The error message indicates that the collation level of your database (MySQL) is not setup correctly.

If this is a production system please check https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/how-to-fix-the-collation-and-character-set-of-a-mysql-database-744326173.html on more details and what your database admin should check and do.
