Confluence is down

Our Confluence site is unreachable this morning. I can’t figure out how to report it.

From https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ , Confluence is fully operational. Do you receive any errors when trying to connect to your space? Even better, can you post a screenshot of the issue that you are having?

One of my coworkers in a different location is getting a Bad Gateway error as well

I'm getting the same error as well.  Downdetector.com says its down. Same with isdown.app.

Correct: https://downdetector.com/status/confluence/ - the confluence is down, we are waiting for Atlassian for more info.

And yeah 500 code is for the server issue for Atlassian.

Hi @James Ruiz this thread is exactly 1 year old. But you can create a new issue here in the community to report a problem as I did. Just start a new thread.

Also check https://downdetector.com/status/confluence/ to see if they are already aware of an issue.

@James Ruiz you can also click a button there to report a problem. I don't know if that works better or not.
