And yeah 500 code is for the server issue for Atlassian.

Hi @James Ruiz this thread is exactly 1 year old. But you can create a new issue here in the community to report a problem as I did. Just start a new thread.
Also check https://downdetector.com/status/confluence/ to see if they are already aware of an issue.
