Hi channel,
I am Cansu and working as a sales engineer. We use Confluence for keeping all relevant data about our process and products. However, whenever we need to update information on Confluence, we do it manually and it causes some delays. Is there any system to notify the team when some time passes ( every months, every quarters..)
Hi @Havva Cansu Kirtay ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
Using builtin feature you can't do that. Atlassian team, through the following request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-36268 said that this feature is not on the backlog.
Btw, you can try the following plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221449/update-this-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Hope this helps,
Fabio

Great suggestion! Although this functionality is not available today, in the future it should be possible to configure an automation rule that accomplishes something similar.
You can read more here about this upcoming feature and how to sign up here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/Introducing-Automation-for-Confluence/ba-p/1978202

Hi @Andrew Dildy @Sheerine Baucum , can we use automation tool now? I am still looking cloud based solution that can notify the related team when page/article is out of date.. (like one year and needed to update) Will it cover my problem? or which tool should we use?
