Hi,
I have a problem with restrictions in Confluence. I have space with two pages PAGE1 and PAGE2. Page one has no restrictions and everybody can view and edit. PAGE 2 has a View and edit retrictions and few users has permisions to view and edit this page. But problem is taht only person who create this page can edit. Other people who in restriction have permisions to View and edit can only view page. All of those users has set permisions to Add pages in space permisions. Even I as a Confluence administrator can't edit this page
I will explain my problem exactly once again. I have space, let's call it Space 1. That's what its structure looks like:
Space 1(No restrictions all users have access to View and Add pages)
|--- Page 1(No restrictions)
|--- Page 2 (Viewing and editing restricted; User A - Can view, User B - Can view and editing,User C (Owner) - Can view and editing)
|--- Subpage (Viewing and editing restricted; User B - Can view and editing,User C (Owner) - Can view and editing)
But User B still can't edit Subpage .
Hello @Tomasz Bryła
Since User B has the edit rights on the sub-page as per the information shared by you.
User B - Can view and editing"
Thus it seems the problem lies else where, can you clone the page in the same hierarhcy and see if the problem persists for the user or not. Also, can you make sure that user C has not added extra restrictions on the subpage as user C is the owner of the sub-page. Also only view page restrictions are inherited and not edit

@Tarun Sapra In my opinion something is wrong, because even as an administrator I can not edit Subpage, and according to the restrictions I have permission to view and edit.
