Is it possible to have of the number of new pages created in the same period?

The Better Content Archiving and Analytics app provides several dashboards and gadgets to efficiently summarize Confluence usage.

Two that are specific to your needs:

"How can i obtain a list of users who have actively used Confluence in the last six months?"

See the User Analytics dashboard for the whole site (or for a single space):

"Is it possible to have of the number of new pages created in the same period?"

See the Content Analytics dashboard for the whole site (or for a single space):

And, there is a lot more!

(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team. Free for 10 users!)

Hi @Andrea D_Altri

There are multiple ways to get this information.  Here are some.

In Space Analytics, you can look at the"Users" it shows the number of pages created and edited by the user.  However, I do believe you need Premium and be an Admin to use this.

You can use a macro "Contributors Summary" which will show you usage stats, you can have it report across all spaces or limit it to a page.  It will show you the number of edits, but not the number of new pages.

In the search you can limit the query to a date range or "in the last 6 months" to get a list of pages created.

There are also several Marketplace apps that can help gather this info.

Hello @Andrea D_Altri

Welcome to the community.

Shawn mentioned that the Confluence built-in Analytics is only available for Premium or Enterprise subscriptions. If you do not intend to change your subscription and are open to using third-party apps, I can recommend our Viewtracker app.

The app comes with various reports that can answer your question (e.g. the Content and Usage Report for content and users or the Instance Report) and also has options to make this information accessible to non-admins.

The app can only track activities from the time of installation, so I recommend that you install it free of charge and test it for 30 days.

If you have any questions or would like a demo, don't hesitate to contact our team.

Kind regards,

Mattia
