We currently already have Cherwell connected to our Atlassian product for ticketing. However, the Cherwell admin is looking to add some functionality in Cherwell that would allow users to search Confluence for help articles. Has anyone set this up before that can give assistance? I am not finding any info, so it isn't super encouraging.
Hi @Nikki Hailey welcome to the Atlassian community.
I tried checking few details about your query and summarized if that helps you.
1. I found this post on Ivanti site on how to search for help articles in Cherwell.
Alternatively, try considering these workarounds:
1. Leverage Confluence REST API.
2. Try Utilizing Confluence Search Macro within Cherwell forms. This lets users enter keywords and view matching articles within the Cherwell interface.
3. Atlassian marketplace apps like, ZigiOps: Jira Cherwell integration might come handy.
Thank you! I have passed this on to the Cherwell admin. I really appreciate it.
