In consideration of buying Confluence, I have created several documents to test the search features, labels, etc. If we go ahead with the Confluence, will we be able to migrate the content (spaces, pages, labels...) that I have created in our test-instance over to our new, live instance of Confluence so I don't have to re-enter them all from scratch?
Thanks for your help!
Cole
Hi @Cole Simonson ,
welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Yes, it is for example possible to export space and import it in the second instance.
There can be some difficulties (in case there are different users or applications etc), but in general it is possible.
This could be as part of a Cloud to Cloud migration.

@Hana Kučerová and @Dirk Ronsmans Thanks for the answers. Given that there are tools available to be able to do this, then I would think that once we sign up, the Confluence on-boarding team would lead us through the steps needed? Hopefully...
I don't think it would be too complex as there was only 3 or 4 of us evaluating Confluence. Once ported over to the new, live instance, we could tweak user access, permissions, etc.
Very appreciated.
