Create user directly from terminal/server in Confluence

Hello!

I have kind of an issue. We have one Jira instance where nobody knows the name of an admin user. I have direct SSH access to the machine hosting this Confluence instance.

My question is:

Can I directly create an user from the command line?
Maybe I can create the user adding the entry to the Database.. somehow?

I'm open to any suggestions!
