I would like to know, if it is possible to create a "view" or something like it in Confluence?
As a newcomer, I dont know how to create a solution that resembles the picture.

I probably need to be a bit more specific:

If i have a space where all my data is, i would like to create a new team space for all 3 teams.

How can i make it so that i can choose which data the different teams are allowed to see?

i tried a little with excerpt, but it didnt do what i wanted...

Any input or suggestions to solutions that may differ from my initail drawing, will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, @Lars Bo Jensen!

I suggest you check the diagramming solutions on the Atlassian Marketplace, it will perfectly resolve your use case.

I may recommend trying Gliffy or Draw.io

Thanks for the nod, Teodora :)

Lars, I don't think either app has an automated/hands-off way to select which data you include, but both will allow you to make 4 unique diagrams (a master and then each version for the teams) and share them in the appropriate spaces.

If you go the Gliffy route, I have some specific suggestions for how you can accomplish this more easily (embedding diagrams, using your base diagram as a template, etc). Just let me know if you need a hand!
