Hi

I have done a fresh rebuild on AWS, installed AdeptOPen JDK 8 and get the following errors, following a sucessful install and all 'graphics' being shown.

I'm also proxying nginx to Tomcat and using RDS Postgres.

Error 500.PNG

Any help appreciated.

Regards

Steve

Hello Steve,

Thank you for providing the steps you took along with a screenshot of the error you’re seeing. It looks as though Confluence itself is up and running but the error is related to a breakdown or refusal in communication. I would be interested to test Confluence without the presence of an NGINX proxy in place to see if the same error is present. Once we have that tested we’ll know if its an issue with Confluence itself or the NGINX configuration.

Something else that would be helpful will be your NGINX configuration. Please ensure it's sterilized and any private information such as usernames and passwords are removed.

Hi,

I have removed Nginx and am now using AWS load balancer to route 443 traffic straight to tomcat and Confluence. It works a treat and takes away the need to have a webserver doing the proxying.

If anything I think my current setup is the way to go. Unless there are known issues doing it this way.
