I am trying to display a Jira filter on a Confluence page but am receiving a "Refresh doesn't work" error.
I'm not sure why the filtered tickets are not displaying on the page.
Hello @Kojo,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
I tried to replicate the same issue here, but it works normally, so I would like to know more details about the configuration you are using.
On the Jira macro, it’s possible to add more fields, can you please let us know the fields you are using? If possible, send us a screenshot of the “Display options”.
Have you tested using another filter? Does it work?
Also, please, open the developer tools on your browser and check on the console tab if it shows any other error. If so, send us a screenshot (just make sure to hide private information).
Kind regards,
Angélica
Hello Luz,
See the screenshot for the display options on the Jira filter. The macro doesn't appear to be able to load any other filters either.
Can you explain how to open developer tools?

Thank you for the details, Kojo.
What is the type of the field “Review/Exchange Type”?
There is a bug related to the Select List custom field, so in case “Review/Exchange Type” is a select list, that might be the cause.
Can you remove this field from the “Columns to display” to check if there is any difference?
