I really don't like the look is there any way to change it?
I would really love to have it as like plain text or just bolded, something super simple.
They look like this:
Hi @Krisa Ono
It appears that you are new to the Confluence databases feature.
Confluence databases support various types of entries, such as dates, owners, URLs, and plain text.
I recommend reviewing the documentation provided below for more detailed information and a comprehensive list of supported field types.
Thanks,
Dhanush
This does not really answer my question. This is how the link populates when I use smart links in the database. It doesn't allow me to change the formatting of the smart links at all they appear that way with no way to edit it.

@Krisa Ono
It seems you're using Entry Link for that field, which enables you to reference all entries from a selected field in a different database.
However, if you're using Smart Link for that field, you won't be able to simply click on the link to change the view as you would on a page. Instead, you'll need to use the available fields, like "text," to input your data.

Hi @Krisa Ono , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
I'm going to escalate this post to Atlassian because I think this is really a product question for Confluence Databases and I don't know of another way to get Atlassian's eyes on this.
Someone should reply to you directly in this post.
Best regards
