Date format on Confluence

Hello,

I have a problem with date format on Confluence (7.0.1). If I choose a date, during the edition, it's written in English but when I update the page, it switch in French ( For example : 28 apr 2021 --> 28 avr 2021)

- My Global default Language is in English

- My browser is in English

- My "Formatting and International Settings" is in English (see picture)

Do you know why and can you help me please ?

Looks like in the future need to restart the Confluence
