Date picker missing arrows

when editing a confluence page and entering '//' to input a date, the date picker pop up is missing the left and right arrows. Is anyone else experiencing this?

HI Shannon, we are on Server 6.8.1, build 7701. when editing a confluence page and typing // below is what we are experiencing.

Hi Rowan,

I'm testing this on Confluence version 6.8.1, but I'm not able to replicate it.

  1. If you were to enable Safe Mode on Confluence (disabling all 3rd party add-ons), does the issue persist?
  2. Does the problem occur for all users across all pages? Can you replicate this on more than one computer, both inside and outside your company's network?
  3. Are you able to replicate this in several browsers? I would recommend testing this with 2-3 separate browsers and let me know if it occurs in all of them, and their versions.
  4. Are there any customizations on Confluence? Are you able to remove them and confirm if the issue persists?
  5. Finally, can you make sure to disable ALL add-ons in your browser to ensure that it doesn't interfere with this functionality?

Hi Shannon,

After going through Safe Mode found the arrows have returned. Proceeded to disable our add ons individually and found the culprit, a Countdown Add-on was causing the issue. It must have been the previous update from them, have disabled it for now.

Great news, Rowan! Thank you for letting us know the add-on that was causing the issue.

I would recommend going to the Support tab for that add-on in Marketplace, and report it to the vendor. They may not be aware of this issue yet.
