Hi All,
I have created a confluence page where I added the pdf briefs so that our internal team can directly download the pdfs from the library page.
I want to know if is there any way to delete the old versions of the pdf if I reupload them. Also wanted to know if is there any way to leverage tags for the attachments I add to the page. Suppose tomorrow I add an ebook can I tag it as ebook, for use case pdf I tag it as a case study, this will help me differentiate the various assets.
Would be great if someone can help me with the same.
Thanks

@Barbara Szczesniak thanks for sharing the link. However, I cannot see the delete button for each version. Can you please help?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
@[deleted] As was mentioned in the linked post, you need to be a space administrator for the space containing the page to see the delete option. You can either ask the space admin for your space to grant you these privileges or ask them to delete the versions for you.

@Barbara Szczesniak even though the page has been created by me it won't allow me to delete the attachments. Is there any way to know who is Space Administrator?

@[deleted] If you see a gear icon with Space Settings in the left navigation (above your page tree), click this and go to the Space permissions.
Scroll down to the Individual Users section and locate the user with a green check in the Space Admin column.
Next to your name, you can also see your permission settings in the Attachments Delete column. You probably have a red x here. The Space Admin can probably just give you this permission, rather than making you an admin.

@Barbara Szczesniak I can't event see the Space permission option looks like I need to ask our IT team for the same. Any way thanks for clearing that we can delete the version once permission has been granted.
